Our melamine film faced plywood is exterior birch plywood, overlaid with melamine film on one or both sides. Film faced surface of the panel prevents it from moisture penetrating, has high resistance to abrasion, chemicals and fungus formation. Edges of film-faced plywood are varnished with water-resistant acryl-based paint.

Glue
Shuttering birch plywood is produced using an adhesive that meets the following standards:
- BS1203 / H4 (previously WBP);
- DIN 68705 Part 3 / type BFU 100.

- Formaldehyde emission: E½
- Moisture: (10±2)% according to EN 315, measured according to EN 322.
- Density: 680 - 700 kg/m³
