Description and Properties
Pine plywood is a high-quality wood-based composite product manufactured from pine wood. The mutually perpendicular placement of wood fibers reduces shrinkage and improves the material's mechanical properties in all directions. The cross-laminated structure ensures high dimensional stability of the plywood (it does not bend or warp). Pine plywood is a durable, lightweight, and easy-to-process material that can be subjected to further processes such as painting, varnishing, cutting, brushing, sanding, and routing (milling).

Pine Plywood Quality Grades
Pine plywood is available in various quality grades, which differ in the permissible amount and type of surface defects. All grades are sanded.
The highest visual grade. Small, sound knots, as well as patching and filling, are permissible. Ideal for elements requiring an aesthetic finish.
Resin pockets, sound knots, synthetic filling of knot holes and cracks are permissible. Patches, discolorations, and overlaps may appear. Sanded plywood.
Pin knots, sound intergrown knots, decayed and unbonded knots, knot holes, open and closed cracks, resin pockets, bark pockets, and discolorations are permissible. Overlaps, sand-throughs, glue bleed-through, and repairs with patches and synthetic filling may occur.
