Bonding Class according to EN 314-2: Class II, Class III

Formaldehyde Emission: E1, E½

Moisture Content: 8-12%

Quality Grades

Grades are defined according to the visual quality of the veneers. All mechanical properties are the same, regardless of the grade considered. The exact surface parameters are defined by the standard: EN 635-2.

Plywood in the highest quality class. Uniform bright and smooth surface almost free of defects and patches, sanded.

Grade I - example

Uniform, bright, and smooth plywood surface, larger defects repaired with color-matched wooden patches, sanded.

Grade II - example

Minor surface defects and discolorations are permissible. The surface may contain sporadic cracks. Repair of defects is not required. Sanded.

Grade III - example

Intended for technical applications where appearance is not a priority. Defects, cracks, and knots that do not affect mechanical properties are permissible. Unsanded.
